- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Louie is amazing and my 3 children had wonderful experiences with him every time they saw him. My low rating is for the office staff. I was initially told they accepted MetLife, military dental, when it was actually out-of-network. I didn't initially know this until our insurance switched to United Concordia and my children's routine visits were not completely covered due to being out - of - network and I found out on my own after getting a pretty hefty bill. It would of been courteous and respectful for them to initially let me know about MetLife and then when my insurance changed that my visits may not be covered.
