- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited 7 weeks for an appt, after discussing that I had ear pain and total loss of hearing in one ear. Unfortunately, this is the only ENT practice within 45 miles of my home. I waited almost 2 hours after my scheduled appt time before I saw Dr Cooper. This was after I complained to the office manager. Dr spent 5 minutes treating me, no time for questions, and told me that my hearing test showed my hearing to be fine, for my age. I DID NOT have a hearing test___if I had the test done it would have shown loss of hearing in one ear. I was so angry that I requested not to be charged for a hearing test and left. I will never return to this office. There were many people waiting, like myself, and much frustration.April 09, 2017by Glenda Case
