- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor and rude treatment by front line staff both in person and over the phone. The North Brenford site I would give 5 stars to in this category. I would have given 1 star ( no stars if I could) if it had not been for a very nice staff member who over heard the very uncustmer friendly attuide of front line staff) who came out and helped with a basic nail trim as we were discussed and creating ready to leave. They are 5 minutes from out house while the North site is is 20 plus minutes. But we'll worth the extra time because of the front line staff there are nothing but nice! I will NEVER go to this south site again. Can not even ask one basic question with out getting cut off and given an answer to a question that was not being asked but the person was assuming I was going to ask.June 27, 2017by Jennifer Jurczak
