- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Halpern eyecare...omg! My last appt. there were 11 people in front of me so I made a new appt instead of waiting. Two months later (today) I call before my appointment time and was told there were two people in front of me. Ok. After arriving I was then told there was also EIGHT people in the back. I am done. They are not the only retina docs around. They should look up the definition of appointment. If you don't mind sitting and waiting for hours just to be taken in the back, then this the place for you.December 02, 2016by Joanne Schaffer
