  MIKE is THE MAN!!! He is remarkably helpful, knowledgeable, informative, accommodating, patient and a true professional. There are not enough words. He took care of my car needs one day...then the next day, made sure my flat tire was replaced by the warranty without extra expense and incident. He's such a hardworker and quick to think & move. What an ASSET he is to AAA!!! THANK YOU FOR THE IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!!

  Having used AAA Car Care Centers across the country for years, with confidence, I had several bad experiences here, including their insistence on "policy" that requires them to use their higher-priced synthetic oil instead of the customer's; their inability to rotate wheels because they didn't have the proper socket to remove non-locking lug nuts (this on a common size lug); installation of an after market part rather than OEM (without consulting me for a choice) that resulted in severe body-contact vibrations and noise, and subsequent dealer replacement $$$$$), and misaligned driving lights following a bulb repair and replacement. However, counter service was good, courteous, and professional. I will NOT again, nor will I recommend using this car care facility.
